Workshops and Participation

If you are interested in any of the participation or workshop options detailed below, please email followthrough.collective@gmail.com

Workshops

Greta Gauhe and Follow Through Collective facilitate workshops, residencies, and talks across schools, community settings, and higher education. Sessions are rooted in dance, somatic practice and participatory approaches, often exploring themes of collaboration, environment, and sensory experience.

We offer a range of formats, including:

  • Workshops for schools – creative movement sessions designed for different age groups, encouraging curiosity, expression, and collaboration

  • Family workshops – sensory, participatory experiences for children and their carers to explore movement together

  • Artist development / CPD sessions – practical and reflective workshops for artists interested in participatory practice, co-creation, and making work for young audiences (half-day to multi-day formats)

  • Professional Morning classes are open to professional dancers and advanced-level movers who want to maintain and develop their practice in a focused, energising environment.

Workshops can be adapted to different contexts and access needs, and often incorporate improvisation, material exploration, and non-verbal communication.

Presentations/ Teaching

Greta Gauhe offers presentations, lectures, and workshops across academic, artistic, and professional contexts, sharing her practice-based research and artistic work.

Greta is currently undertaking a PhD at the Centre for Dance Research (C-DaRE), Coventry University. Her research explores touch, distance, and how touch-like sensations can be experienced across bodies and environments, including remote and digital contexts. Through creative, practice-based methods, she investigates how movement, sound, and sensory approaches can generate alternative experiences of connection. Her presentations often combine theoretical insight with embodied practice, offering audiences ways to engage with research through both discussion and practical exploration.
